Elizabeth has lived in St Hilary for over 20 years and runs a successful legal business from home and at her offices in Pontyclun.

She qualified as a Barrister (non-practising) in 2005, and then dual qualified as a Solicitor in 2008. She has extensive experience in Civil Law, particularly in Private Client matters, such as:

• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Acting as Professional Attorney
• Estate Administration
• Registering a Death
• Funeral Plans

In addition, Elizabeth has extensive experience in Court of Protection matters, acting as a Professional Deputy for those who have lost mental capacity such as a brain injury, dementia or terminal illness. Along with being instructed in application for Statutory Wills, removal of Trustee and Health and Welfare decisions.

Elizabeth is also able to be appointed a Professional Trustee and currently acts for a £5m trust fund as well as a Trust for minors due to the bereavement of a parent. Elizabeth provides a tailored service to meet the needs of her clients and can undertake home visits, appointments in care homes and hospitals, and at our office in Pontyclun.
