|A day of adventure and magic, skills and story at Coed Hills Rural Artspace. Young people over 6 years are invited to follow the trail into the woods and discover secrets of the forest, amongst the trees, plants and the animals. Light the fire, make shelter, play games, learn skills of outdoor living and much more in a full day of foraging and fun. See www.coedhills.co.uk for more information, or check out their facebook group.|
Parents and guardians are very welcome to join in or enjoy the rest of what Coed has to offer. Please bring outdoor clothing including good footwear and a packed lunch. We will also all be making some bread on the fire and tea will be available throughout the day, by donation, from the gallery cafe. Spaces are limited to 15 young people, so please do get in touch if you are interested.
Set in the countryside of the Vale of Glamorgan, between Cardiff and Bridgend, Coed Hills Rural Artspace is a leading centre for rural crafts and education and low impact living. With 80 acres of woodland as well as artisan workshops, art installations, yurts, tipis, and fantastic gardens, there is no shortage of things to explore.
